What kind of photograph of my child do you recommend I send in?
We recommend you send us a snapshot or portrait photo of your child that meets the following guidelines:

  • Your child’s face is at least the size of a quarter.
  • Your child’s face is well-focused.
  • Your child’s face is not obstructed by any object.
  • Your child is not wearing a hat.

No Polaroid photographs, please.

 
We reserve the right to refuse any customer submitted photos at our sole discretion.
Can the photograph I submit have people in it other than my child?
Yes, as long as we can see your child’s entire face. We will separate your child from the background. Just make sure you indicate which person is your child.
 
Can I send more than one photograph if I’m not sure which one will be best?
Sure! If you have trouble picking, we’ll be happy to choose for you. Only one photo will be used for each product.
 
If I mail my photo, will it be returned?
Yes, you can call our customer service 03 9752 6602 after you receive your book to request that your photo be returned separately. Photos will be stored at our office for 120 days from when we receive your completed order.
