Building Lasting Relationships (Our Loyalty Program)

At Little Dance Invitations we not only want to help create wonderful memories, we enjoy building lasting relationships and with so many events in all of our lives we would love you to come back.

Simply email us your interest (name and email address) to join our loyalty program during your first order and you're on your way. We will keep you up to date with Little Dance Invitations promotions and special offers via the live email address that you provide us with. Please note that in order to maintain your membership of our loyalty program you must keep us advised if you change this email address, as this is how we confirm your membership when you claim your rewards.

After your 5th purchase with Little Dance Invitations you are eligible for one of our $30 gift vouchers, redeemable on your 6th order. The minimum of each order is $30.00 for it to be counted in the program. Please see "Gift Vouchers" for Terms and Conditions of voucher use.

When redeeming your gift voucher on your 6th order, this order does not count towards another Gift Voucher. To earn another gift voucher you will need to place another 5 orders.

This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

As part of your ordering we need your information to both create and despatch your order. This may include various details that you send to us. Little Dance Invitations will not pass on any private information to third parties, unless we are legitimately required to do so by law enforcement or government agencies.

What is the process for ordering? (Our terms and conditions)

Choose the design you like, pay at the checkout and email your details, images and further instructions to [email protected]

Invitations

Within 48hours of receiving payment we will email you a digital proof of your selected design with a watermark on it.

At this point it is your responsibility to check all spelling, punctuation and other necessary details.

Once any further necessary changes have been made, and you have approved the final proof we will have your order printed, without the watermark and delivered to the address you have specified.

Montages Collages and Mosaics

Please allow approximately 5 - 7 working days before you expect to see a proof prior to printing. This increase in time is due to the increase of work required to produce one.

What sort of images should I send?

We recommend you send us the highest quality images that you have. You can send us photos from your albums via the mail or courier, or scan them and send them. Digital formats can be emailed directly. The higher the quality image the better the final result. Low resolution images will produce a less than optimal result. If scanning images please set the scanner to a minimum of 300dpi. Please do not crop or alter images in any way, we will do that for you as part of our process. We will also do any red eye removal and minor blemish removals. We have seen some spectacular results when people pose for the invitation in a similar pose to the example on our site.So have fun and get snapping!

How many photos should I send?

You can send up to 5 photos, but please dont resize them to send via email, the bigger the better. If you have to send more than one email please do.

I like a design under Christenings, can I use it for a Birthday Or Bridal Shower?

Absolutely, our categories and wording are only to offer you inspiration. They can be changed to suit your occassion. For example a wedding invitation can become a lovely photo Bridal Shower Invitation.

The design I like is in pink, can I change it to blue?

Sure, most things aren't set in stone and can be changed to suit your occasion, there are however the odd exceptions so it's best to drop us an email to enquire, we are more than happy to help.

Can we make alterations?

Absolutely, we will make up to 3 different alterations for you at no additional charge. Additional proofs after your first 3 will be charged at $5.00 per proof.

How long until I get my order?

We aim to have a proof to you within 48 hours of receiving your order (including photos and payment).
After we have received your final approval to print, printing takes 1 – 2 business days.
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This includes edible images, costumes etc. In some cases this may not be possible due to the size or complexity of an order, however in all cases your order will be shipped as soon as we can.
Depending on your timing, how many alterations are requested and how promptly we receive approval to print, the entire process can take as little as three days plus delivery time.

Why was I charged $6.95 Postage and Handling?

Registered mail means that your order needs to be signed for upon receipt and also gives us the ability to trace your order should Australia Post be running behind their scheduled delivery times. Its just another way Little Dance can offer you a little "peace of mind". Please note that for some orders i.e wine orders and heavier orders, this charge is increased.

What will the final product look like?

Your finished invitations, announcements or thankyous will be a custom designed 6 x 4 photo, with your own text and pictures.

Do you offer returns?

Once we have your final approval we send your order to print immediately. At this point we cannot halt the printing process and your order cannot be stopped.

If your product is damaged in transit or should there be a defect please contact us to discuss replacement. We require you to send us all damaged items back to us prior to replacement to to allow us to improve our quality process. We need to know what went wrong so we can fix it!

For our Overseas Friends (ordering from outside of Australia)

Please email your quantity and location prior to ordering so that we can put together a delivery price for you.

Colour Variations

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the finished product due to (but not limited to) different monitor settings, ambient light, monitor brands, monitor resolutions etc. Just like different television sets show different colours so do different monitors. Printing on different mediums may also create a colour variation. If you are unsure of a colour please contact us prior to ordering to discuss.

LittleDance Invitations remains the owner of our designs site and code in its entirety. As with most products in which copyright exists, Little Dance reserves the right to place a logo, label or similar incorporating our web address and copyright symbol to each product..

We can only print a photograph of which you own the copyright or have permission to use. By submitting any photo to LittleDance Invitations you indemnify LittleDance Invitations against any claim regarding the unauthorised use of another person's image.

LittleDance Invitations will not accept offensive content and reserves the right to reject orders at their discretion.
